If you do not have one of these insurance plans, you can check your "out-of-network" coverage by contacting your insurance provider and asking the following questions:​​​​

  • Do I have "out-of-network" outpatient mental health benefits?

  • What is my deductible and how much has been met?

  • What percentage of therapy sessions are covered?

  • How many sessions does my plan cover? 

  • Is authorization required to receive services?
